I can’t say enough about how perfect everything was! The house is at the end of a road so it feels secluded and private, and the views of the water are gorgeous! We loved looking out at the lake from the hot tub and deck. The kitchen was stocked with all the supplies that we needed to cook, cleaning supplies, and the bathroom was stocked with all the self-care items we needed. Frank was extremely responsive, helpful, and kind with his messages. We didn’t have a single problem and can’t wait to come back!

I ended up booking the chalet after a different host cancelled on me the morning I was supposed to leave for my spring break trip, and while this was a little more expensive than I had been planning for, I decided to go for it. I am SO glad that I did! Frank and Kaylee were very responsive and had my booking confirmed within the hour. They were very communicative with all needed information and even had the cutest little Canva guide with additional information, which I so appreciated. I was looking for a quiet, peaceful spring break in nature with my dog, and that is exactly what I got! The shower was toasty warm, the hot tub was so relaxing, the kitchen was stocked with literally everything, the bed was even more comfortable than my bed at home, and I loved the ever present sound of birds and bugs in the surrounding woods. I cannot say enough good things! I am definitely looking forward to returning in the summer when the weather is more favorable for lake activities!

It was a beautiful and clean place to stay. The host provided a grill and the bathroom was really nice with great amenities. There was a coffee setup, lotion, cleaning supplies, seasonings, and even an electric fire with temperature control. The bed was amazing and super comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

The evart escape was exactly as described, and provided and escape for the few days we had booked. the river is a calming backdrop to a cozy cottage that provides every amenity you could need for your time there.

The chalet was exactly what we were looking for, a cozy space to relax and recharge. The space was quiet + private, super clean, cute decor, and the hot tub was heavenly. Being able to bring our 2 large dogs along was the cherry on top. The dog bowls, towels, and poop bags were very much appreciated. Great place! Thank you Frank + Kaylee!

Our stay at Evart Escape was great. Frank and Kaylee are so responsive and great hosts. The space itself was clean and cozy and there are a lot of amenities on the property like the fire pit and hot tub. We’d recommend staying here!

This place is serene and peaceful. The home is gorgeous, clean and lets in some beautiful sunlight through the large windows. The sounds and sight of the river every morning as you sip your hot coffee from the deck were a perfect way to start our mornings. The hot tub was perfectly positioned overlooking the river and the blackstone grill was a great added feature.
I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a nature retreat or just somewhere to go to disconnect from the outside world. My friend and I made music for an entire weekend and felt so at home knowing we weren’t bothering anyone.
Also the hosts are super responsive and kind and clearly care about their guests experience. Thank you Frank and Kaylee! You have a lovely place!
